Haven Senior Living Guide, doing business as Haven, is a private, for-profit senior-living research and comparison service. We provide source-labeled public-record research and planning tools. Haven is not a government agency, long-term-care ombudsman, medical provider, law firm, financial advisor, or emergency service.

Haven's source-labeled research tools are available nationwide. Coverage and evidence vary by market and care setting. This deployment is in research-only mode. It does not accept a family request, collect private care details, make a referral, or confirm an opening, price, or care fit.

Haven does not diagnose, determine a person's care needs, make an admission decision, guarantee eligibility, or guarantee that a community has a room, price, service, or care level available. Call 911 or local emergency services for an emergency.

Community information can change quickly and source coverage varies by care setting and market. A record, listing, rating, estimate, review, or price display is not a promise that information is current, complete, or right for a particular person. Confirm care fit, licensing, availability, services, all-in price, deposit and refund terms, and admission requirements directly with each community before making a decision.

Haven's public research tools are free for families. No family-to-community handoff or placement fee is active through this deployment. Source-labeled records retain their documented source and scope. Communities cannot buy a favorable recommendation, alter source-labeled public information, or remove unfavorable public facts. You remain free to tour, compare, decline, or choose any option.

This deployment does not accept family help requests or private care details by form, email, text, or phone. Do not send a loved one's medical, financial, contact, or other private information through public site tools. If Haven activates a family-request service in the future, the applicable notice and separate communication consent will appear at the point of collection.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial research and legitimate community inquiries. You may not interfere with the site, probe its security, submit false or misleading information, collect personal information from the site, scrape data at scale, or use Haven content to train, resell, or operate a competing directory without written permission.

Some information is supplied by regulators, communities, review platforms, and other third parties. Their content and services may have their own terms, privacy notices, availability limits, and correction processes. Haven does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their content or availability.

If you use Google Maps Platform content made available through Haven, your use is also subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms, Google Terms of Service, and Google Privacy Policy.

Haven and its licensors own the site's design, original content, and compilation of information, subject to any public-record or third-party source rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create a derivative work from that material except as allowed by law or with written permission. If you send feedback, you allow Haven to use it without an obligation to compensate you.

To the extent permitted by law, Haven provides the site and its information without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Haven is not responsible for a community's decisions, conduct, price, services, care, availability, contract, or communications. These terms do not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted here with a revised date. This deployment does not provide a staffed family-help email channel.
