Website activity and your privacy
We measure use of Haven’s public pages to understand which community information and family resources are helpful.
What the activity tracker records
The tracker sends the public page path, a referring website’s hostname when available, and random event and tab-session IDs. It removes URL queries and fragments. The server hashes IDs separately for each Mountain calendar day and keeps daily page-view totals, source totals and page totals in private storage. A tab session renews after 30 minutes of inactivity.
This tracker does not store your IP address, form answers, full referring URL, email address, persistent visitor identity or recordings of your screen. Staff pages, private guide views, agreement steps and billing steps are excluded. This description applies to the activity tracker; information you choose to submit in a care request is handled separately.
Your choices
The tracker respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also exclude this browser below. This preference stays in your browser’s local storage and can be reset if you clear site data. Browsers that block the required storage are not measured.
Your browser’s traffic preference
Exclude your own visits while reviewing Haven’s public pages.
Reports and service providers
Haven staff can view aggregate traffic in a protected workspace. Daily summaries use Resend and contain traffic totals and public page paths. Our hosting provider processes requests to operate the website, and Vercel Speed Insights measures page performance separately.
