Haven free public comparison brief
Public source page: https://havenforseniors.com/compare?ids=beehive-homes-of-riverton-riverton,neurorestorative-riverton
Public records and public contact routes only. Missing data is not negative evidence. Current price, openings, and individual care fit require direct confirmation. This brief contains no family profile, shortlist, private notes, request, referral, ranking, or placement decision.
Private continuity
Saving is optional. It keeps only the public community records shown here and their public browsing scope in this browser, so you can return after opening profiles or source links. Haven receives no name, contact detail, care detail, tour note, or comparison selection through this step.
Send the same source-labeled record view to a sibling or co-decision-maker. This link includes only the selected public community records and any public price-care setting. It never includes your browser-local tour notes, a family name, contact details, or a Haven referral. No signup or family information is requested to print; Haven does not receive the brief contents or the browser, printer, PDF, or save destination you choose. Only a fixed aggregate print click is measured.
Source check
Open the official record behind the fields that apply to each community. CMS links apply only to certified nursing-home records; Utah links apply only to the linked state record. The source sites can change after Haven's snapshot, and an absent link is not a negative finding.

CMS rows apply only to CMS-backed nursing-home records. Utah rows are from the Utah DHHS DLBC public provider portal; displayed findings are not a quality or safety score. Utah fields are dated snapshots: stale or undated source data never establishes a current license status, availability, admission, partnership eligibility, or placement decision.
A community-published starting rate or community-submitted, editor-approved base rent is a facility-specific number here. Market benchmarks help with orientation, but they do not include this community's actual residence, care, or recurring fees.
Take this side-by-side list on each tour. Ask every community for the same written, all-in quote, care-fit confirmation, and current-opening date so the comparison stays fair.
Review direct-contact options →Use the care-needs guideNext step: contact the communities directly
These are the public contact details already listed on each community profile. Ask for a dated, written all-in quote; the community's care assessment process; suitable opening or waitlist timing; and deposit and refund terms. Use each no-PII copy card to prepare a first contact without putting health details into an ordinary form, then copy the shared written-terms request if you want the same documents from every community.
Ask for the same written basics without putting a diagnosis, medication list, or other private details into an ordinary contact form.

Copy this request and send it yourself when you are ready. Haven does not contact a community, share information, or promise to retrieve documents through this tool.
After your first calls
When your family is ready, open the workspace below and manually choose each planning stage, first-contact date, tour date, and written-answer status. Haven does not infer or fill in any of those fields from a call, website visit, or copied request.
Open the private tour workspace →The worksheet is saved only in this browser profile. Do not enter names, diagnoses, account numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information. Opening it—or anything your family records there—is not proof of a Haven referral, delivery, opening, placement, or fee.
You are contacting the community yourself. Haven does not send this request, make an introduction, schedule the tour, or receive the response. A click, copied request, call, or family-entered date is not a Haven referral or delivery record, does not confirm availability or care fit, and is not evidence of a placement fee. If you later authorize Haven to introduce you to this community, disclose any earlier direct inquiry and keep the community's dated acknowledgment. Haven is not collecting or sending your information through this step.
Bring this to every tour
Use the same private steps and written-answer checks for every finalist. This is a family planning tool, not a Haven score or recommendation.
Preparing private local notes… Anyone using this browser profile may be able to see it, and browser cleanup can erase it. Haven may receive one fixed worksheet-start milestone, but never a community count, ID, or anything you enter. Do not record names, diagnoses, account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information here.
Anything you enter here is a family-authored note, not a Haven operational record. A contact or tour date here does not show that Haven introduced your family, delivered a referral, arranged a tour, confirmed an opening, or earned a placement fee. If you contacted a community directly before a later Haven introduction, keep the community’s dated acknowledgment; that separate record—not this worksheet—can be reviewed under the community agreement’s prior-inquiry process.

Choose only what your family knows. These labels never auto-advance from a call, website visit, or another field.
One explicit click records today's date and advances only Researching to Contacted directly. It keeps an earlier date and any later family-selected stage. It does not contact the community, schedule a tour, or send this record to Haven.
Dates are your family's memory aid only. They do not show that Haven or the community completed any action, and they do not confirm an opening, price, or care fit.
If you have a dated written quote, transcribe only the whole-dollar monthly and one-time totals it states for the exact residence and care scenario. Do not add fee lines or estimate a total here. Keep the underlying document so you can check what each number includes.
Saved only in this browser profile. Haven does not receive, verify, calculate, or rank these family-transcribed values. A blank is not a price signal. Do not enter a resident or family name, diagnosis, account number, medical detail, or document text.
Mark what you have in writing, keep the underlying document, and recheck details before deciding.

A status, date, or transcribed quote total only records what the family entered; it does not verify a claim or make an answer current. Before deciding, confirm the actual written quote, care assessment, residency contract, and applicable regulator record directly with the community and source authority.
A checked item or date only records what your family marked; it does not verify a claim or make an answer current. Compare the actual quote, assessment, contract, and regulator records before choosing.
For CMS-backed nursing homes, compare four things the marketing brochure may not explain: the CMS overall star rating, total nurse hours per resident per day, health-inspection citations and their severity, and whether CMS shows an abuse icon or Special Focus status. This tool puts those federal records side by side for up to four facilities. Assisted living and memory-care communities are not rated by CMS this way; use source-labeled state records where available and ask every community the same written care, price, and opening questions.
For CMS-backed nursing homes, total nurse hours per resident per day is the most useful single reported staffing number, and higher is generally better. Compare a facility against others in the same state rather than a national figure, since staffing norms and state minimums vary. A facility well below its neighbors deserves a direct question about it. CMS does not report this measure for assisted living or memory care, so ask those communities for their day, overnight, and weekend staffing plan in writing.
Not automatically. Read what the citations were: a paperwork deficiency is not the same as a fall, a medication error, or an abuse finding. Severity matters more than count, and states cite at different rates. What matters is whether the serious problems were fixed and how the facility talks about them.
Yes. Haven's source-labeled research tools are free for families nationwide. This deployment does not accept a family request or make a referral, so no placement fee or payment path is active here. Neither a CMS record nor a state record can be purchased or changed by a community.
