A fee when an eligible referred resident moves in

The agreement generally sets the placement fee at one month’s base rent for eligible private-pay move-ins. Care charges are excluded. State restrictions, attribution rules, and other terms apply; review the full agreement before signing. Referral volume is not guaranteed.

Families use Haven for free. Partnership does not change public ratings or care records.

What will it cost?: Dated rates by room and care type, included services, additional care charges, medication fees and one-time costs. Starting rent is labeled separately from the full cost.

What is life there like?: Current photos, floor plans and official resources you authorize us to share, with your preferred contact details for family questions.
